Defamation, slanderous lies and enabling unfair and misleading published complaints

Recently, I received a 'review' from my head office with the most salacious nasty online published complaint on www.measuredup.com . The person who wrote this shameful and malicious complaint has since issued me with an apology for her behaviour, noting the accusations are not true, she admitted to being angry and damaging my reputation through this forum as a result.

Please remove this slanderous and untruthful 'customer complaint' with all due respect, maybe checking if these 'complaints' are truthful would be an advantage before defaming people who do not deserve it.
